No one has been able to solve the Los Angeles Rams (8-0) this season, but the New Orleans Saints (6-1) could be up for the task. Winners of six straight, the Saints host the Rams on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.

The Saints’ No. 1 priority? Slow down Todd Gurley, who has 1,151 total yards and 15 touchdowns (11 rushing, four receiving).

“I think Seattle had a good game plan against the Rams,” Saints defensive end Cam Jordan said on Taz & The Moose. “The Packers had a good game plan against the Rams. In terms of trying to shut down TG, he’s just running at such a high level right now. Luckily for us, we’ve got no schlumps in our running back room. We’ve got a dual-headed monster back there, so it’s going to be 2 versus 1.”

Indeed, Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram might be the best one-two punch in football. Kamara has 801 total yards and 11 touchdowns (seven rushing, four receiving), while Ingram has 207 yards and three touchdowns (two rushing, one receiving) in three games since returning from suspension.

“I like our running game better,” Jordan said. “It’s going to be up to our defensive line to create that ability to slow (Gurley) down a little bit and get the ball back to our offense. That’s going to be key.”
